Initializing a chatbot
Before Initializing a chatbot one must
On the dashboard, on the bots section, You will see there is an initializing button beside the chatbot you have just created.
Chatbots will not be usable until initialized
Initializing
- Once you have started initializing your chatbot the initial scrape will begin.
- When you initialize you begin the refresh cycle, meaning that it will be automatically refresh on your chosen interval once initialized
- If you dont initialize your chatbot the refresh cycle will not begin
Errors
- It is rare but possible for there will be an error with scraping. This will be displayed to the user in the form of a toast in the GUI.
- Try again after a few seconds or minutes.
- Forward this error to support if there is an issue.
